| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart and add your decoration details. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We accept Visa and MasterCard. |
| Shipping And Handling We aim to have your garments ready and shipped within 14 working days, pending your approval on artwork. If you have any special shipping requests or an urgent order then it is recommended that you contact us by email with "URGENT" as the subject, a extra charge may apply for quick turnaround. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Guarantee Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In the event of this situation occurring, an estimated delivery time will be provided, or an alternative product offered. It should be noted that delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by Identity Warehouses to provide garments by a certain date. Every effort has been made to display the products as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. | Returns Policy Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on embroidered or printed garments once the design has been approved. All designs are sent for approval before production is started and samples can be supplied on request. In the event that no costs have occurred then the option to cancel an order is available by phone All goods are securely packed and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately damage can occur in transit. In the event that your goods show obvious signs of transit damage please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the carton you must inform us within 48 hours. In either case we will arrange replacement garments as soon as possible |
